We combine deep technical delivery capability with commercial, investment and infrastructure experience. This enables us to assess opportunities not only as sites to be engineered, but as long-term infrastructure platforms that need to be technically credible, commercially viable and attractive to customers and capital partners.
Our team includes former design architects and civil, structural, mechanical and electrical consultants who have delivered projects for 28 data centre developers and hyperscale clients, with more than 50 years of combined experience across project design, applications and delivery.
